These are in no particular order, but let’s get started:

This was my little boy’s first picture. He was sooo tiny!

I had the privilege of taking this little cutie’s picture at a mini session in Lake Charles. Look at those eyes!

This little family was so sweet to work with. I just loved those little boys!

This is my best friend’s adorable little girl’s 6 month portrait. There’s a copy of this in an Organic Bloom frame in the studio!

I am lucky to be able to photograph this good looking family every year. I can’t wait for this year’s portrait session!

A beautiful detail shot from the one wedding I shot last year. I turned away 10 weddings to have my little man, and was super happy to be able to get one in before the year’s end.

There’s nothing like some crazy Saint’s fans. Who Dat!

I love capturing precious memories like this one. I wish I had some pictures like this with my grandparents.

A gorgeous couple I’ve known since high school. Their wedding is coming up in July. I know it’ll be a blast!

I get to take these adorable triplets’ Christmas pictures every year. It’s so much fun to see them grow! They wouldn’t even talk to me the first year I did their pictures; now they try to help me with my camera.

Another gorgeous family from the Lake Charles Minis. We’ll be doing a repeat of these this year – I hope to see y’all there!

My little man at one month. I would have loved to have gotten a picture of his sister with him, but she was anti-photos at this time.

This beautiful bride is getting married at the end of next month. Her handsome groom is one lucky man!

My best friend is the communicator extraordinaire over at elemenopee. If you need cloth diapers, she’s your go-to girl!

It’s always fun to come up with creative touches to add to an engagement portrait session!

Another creative touch! They used this for their Save the Date card.

I was able to catch this sweet embrace when they weren’t even paying attention. Daddy was trying to calm his baby girl towards the end of a session. Talk about heart melting!

How adorable is this curly mopped tot? He’s my daughter’s best friend. They are peas in a pod!

Although I love photographing beautiful brides, entertaining groomsmen sure to bring the fun!

There’s something so sweet about the innocence in a little girl’s eyes. Makes me want to have another little girl. Maybe this one can come potty trained?

This little angel is a baby doll. And her grandmother made that dress by hand. This picture is just full of amazing!

This beautiful bride was actually one of my nurses when I was in labor. She was my favorite! No, really, she was!

Who says Christmas card/moving announcements have to be boring? Not with this family!

These two are so in love and I can’t wait to photograph their beautiful wedding next month!

I will try to get better with that. In fact, one of the reason’s I am able to attempt such a lofty goal is the model in these portraits. She’s my new mother’s helper and she is AWESOME. She comes and helps me out with the house and the kids while I get to devote time to work. And let me say, that my productivity has gone through the roof – which is a really good thing!

Anyway, on to the pictures! Isn’t she just gorgeous?

But, on Monday we had some lovely weather. So I set out for a little creative session. I didn’t want or need much in my shoot. Just a cute cowboy and some typical cowboy accoutrement. My model was great and I loved working with him – he was ready and willing for whatever I asked of him. That’s my kind of model! I hope you love these shots as much as I do.

Don’t you just want to pinch him?

This card is a more traditional folded card. Shown are is the cover and inside spread. It  is certainly a lovely way to send Easter greetings to your loved ones!

This last design is a trifold card, and both sides are shown. The trifold card is certainly my favorite card (it’s what our Christmas card was). The beautiful linen paper upon which this card will be printed will knock the socks off of the recipients of this card.
